Two hundred scholars at The Varnett School Southwest were recognized for their academic achievements during the first six-week grading period.
The campus acknowledged the students for their Guided Reading beginning-of-the-year success, campus-based assessment achievements and perfect attendance.
Each recognized student received a certificate, a bracelet and a "dress-down" pass for Monday, November 1, 2021.
Many wore Character Book costumes on Trunk or Treat Day, as they collected goodies in the Southwest campus parking lot ahead of Halloween.
The campus plans to honor even more students during the second six-week awards ceremony. Stay tuned!!
